DELIVERY / CANCELLATIONS
We at Memories Florist endeavour to deliver your flower order on the
date / time that you specified but cannot accept responsibility for cicumstances occurring beyond our control that prevent us from doing so , we do not accept liability unless such occurrences are due to our negligence .
Memories can not deliver orders to incomplete addresses and wrong addresses , please ensure you give correct information including correct spellings when prompted at the time of placing your order .
If the recipient is not available to recieve the order we may leave it with a neighbour and instructions to the recipient as to where to collect their order unless otherwise instructed , if there is no suitable place to leave the order we will endeavour to re-deliver at a convenient time to us at no extra cost , and we will contact you by phone to advise you of the situation .
Once your order has been placed and payment been processed your order will be delivered , if you wish to cancel your order you must give 24 hours notice to do so and a full refund will be credited back to your account within 3 - 5 working days , however this does not apply to wedding flower orders and bookings .
We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction , if you are a satisfied customer then we are satisfied too ! .
We welcome positive feedback from our customers , if however you are not entirely satisfied with our service please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem offering full or part refund where applicable .
With regards to wedding flowers , function / venue and corporate events , a £50.00 deposit is required to secure your date which only be deducted from the total cost of your order upon reciept of full payment . If you cancel your booking you will forfeit your right to a refund of your deposit .
